PFM Mobile Phlebotomy and Wellness is the future of convenient and affordable phlebotomy and laboratory services as well as the highest level of medical training and wellness programs in New England.
We offer both mobile and in-office phlebotomy services to make convenience and comfort the utmost of importance for both our patients and their physicians. Our mobile phlebotomy allows patients to remain in the comfort of their own home and still be able to complete their standard blood work as well as a variety of specialty draws including prenatal, transplant assessments, cancer screenings and more. We also offer full in office laboratory services utilizing the most advanced PCR molecular testing available with our CLIA certified lab partners.
We offer ongoing scheduled classes, and will schedule last minute certification classes at your convenience. We offer classes in Phlebotomy, CPR, ACLS, BLS, PALS, EKG Tech, IV Tech, Pet CPR and First Aid, Active Shooter Training, Stop the Bleed, Yoga, Tai Chi, Breathwork, Reiki, and Reality Self Defense.

Derek Knight
CEO/President
Derek Knight has built PFM Mobile Phlebotomy and Wellness from a small part time business to New England's largest Mobile Phlebotomy company and most popular medical training center. Derek is a retired Firefighter for the City of Pawtucket and former Correctional Officer for the State of RI. Derek is also a combative arts instructor with over 35 years of experience. Derek won the 2005 Submission Fighting Championship in CT. He is a Full Instructor in Jeet Kune Do/ Filipino Martial Arts under Paul Vunak. 4th Degree Black Belt Jiu-jitsu, 40 years training Sambo, Submission Fighting, Silat, Kali, Thai Boxing, Savate, Catch Wrestling, Lua. Derek and his wife Gina's goal is to provide the highest standard of care to their patients and students.
Gina Knight
Vice President/Business Manager
Gina is co-owner of PFM Phlebotomy and Wellness. She grew up in Rhode Island and attended Roger Williams University for where she earned her BA. She also has an MBA with a concentration in Accounting. She owned a staffing agency before taking over as co-owner of PFM Phlebotomy.

The foundation of PFM was built with one goal in mind, and that is to provide unsurpassed personalized care to each and every one of our clients, patients, and partners. I bring over 25 years of professional dedicated service in public safety. I started my career as a call firefighter in 1989. Obtained my EMT-B in 1990. Worked as a Lt. Deputy Sheriff for 17 years. Became a National Paramedic in 2013. Fulltime career firefighter/paramedic 2017. Have attended numerous local, state, national and federal courses.
